We need your Help

We Need Your help……
Successful Rugby clubs are more than just about Teams, Players and Coaches are vitally
important, but so are the dedicated volunteers behind the scenes, without whom our Club would
simply not exist.
As a volunteer we know that you don’t have to be a rugby expert to get involved, whether you
are a current or former player, a spouse, partner or parent or someone who has had no previous
contact with the game you could have what it takes to make a difference as a valued volunteer
at Poole Rugby.
Don’t worry if you haven’t done something like this before, we have loads of experienced
people and support around to help with any of the Club roles.
The inclusive environment of a Community Rugby Club is a rewarding place to people with
differing skills, and there are opportunities to get involved for people of differing ages. Benefits
of volunteering are specific to each individual and include:
Building self-esteem and confidence
Learning and developing new skills
Meeting new people and broadening your social network
Making a difference for others and the local community
Enhancing work experience
Giving something back
Being active and improving health and outlook
Having FUN.
So….if you can help have a look at the current job description roles to see if there is something
you can help with, or interests you, or you want further information on ……..and talk to
